We did a little Q&A with Sarah to get to know her better…
Tell us something about you.
After over ten years in marketing roles across New Zealand and the UK, Sarah switched over to the insurance industry in 2014 and overtime has become a specialist in the implementation and on-going administration of our group schemes, providing employees with life, disability, income protection and critical illness benefits.
What is the best part about being your role?
Helping clients with things go wrong. It’s a great feeling to be able to call a client whose been unwell and under financial pressure to let them know their insurance claim has been accepted and their benefit has been paid into their account.
What is the best advice you can give to your clients?
Your health and ability to earn an income is your biggest asset. Although sometimes the cost can look daunting, if you look at your premiums versus what you’re actually protecting, it’s minimal.
What is your favorite quote/mantra in life?
Lead by example, don’t be afraid to get stuck in, and don’t take yourself too seriously.
What is the best time for clients to contact you?
Monday – Thursday 9.00 – 2.30pm
