Charlotte joined Maurice Trapp Group in 2021 to assist the Employee Benefits team in membership movements and customer service across our group medical insurance contracts.  Charlotte has responsibility for onboarding new employees, processing exiting employees, responding to client queries and assisting with medical claims if required.

Charlotte studied at Victoria University, gaining a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and Human Resources & Industrial Relations.

Gretchyn manages the day to day operations of MTG’s Group medical insurance clients – businesses that provide medical insurance policies for their employees. Gretchyn overseas our dedicated Employee Benefits Team to ensure all our clients (Company or Employee level), receive efficient and effective management of their medical insurance offering – from implementation of a new company scheme, to employee membership movements and contract renewals.

Paul joined the MTG Employee Benefits team to work alongside Tim Jones as a Group Scheme Co-Ordinator.

Paul’s role consists of looking after existing and future members of some of our larger nationwide Groups, with particular focus on our clients with sites from Central Hawke’s Bay down to Wellington.  Preparing and collating proposals for new prospective clients also falls under Paul’s radar.

With experience in Fire and General insurance and banking, Paul has a host of different roles and skillsets he brings to the role.

Originally from London, Paul moved to New Zealand in the late 90’s.  Outside of work he enjoys time at home with his partner, children and dogs, and playing football. Music (most types but a leaning towards Hard Rock and Metal mainly), movies and reading also compliment Paul’s spare time.

Sarah manages many of our Group contracts – from assisting Tim with implementing new schemes, to managing the renewal each year and answering queries or assisting with claims throughout the year.  As well as handling the finances of the group side of the business, Sarah also manages the marketing of the national Maurice Trapp Group.
