Faye has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years, initially as David’s office manager and more recently as a financial adviser having obtained her Level 5 Financial Services qualification in 2012. 

Faye has seen many changes over this time however one thing that hasn’t changed is her desire to provide clients with the best possible insurance experience.  Whether it is providing advice or dealing with claims, Faye has extensive knowledge and goes out of her way to make sure the cover you have is tailored to suit and will provide you and your family with certainty at claim time.

We did a little Q&A with Faye to get to know her better…

Tell us something about you.

I enjoy pottering in my garden. I go to Pilates three times a week and bush walks when the weather and time permits.

What is the best part about being an adviser?

Helping people get a plan in place to protect themselves for when things go wrong.  I really enjoy doing claims and being involved in these can be such a privilege and so rewarding.

What is the best advice you can give to your clients as an adviser?

Don't put it off as there's never a better time to put cover in place, than now. Having been through a major illness, I tell clients my story of how life can change in an instant and how having insurance in place can take away a lot of unnecessary worry at a really stressful time.  Having something in place is better than nothing in place.

What is your favorite quote/mantra in life?

Treat other people the way you want to be treated.
